Houses and Land for Sale

We are not real estate agents and we do not sell houses. From time to time local friends and contacts ask us to mention that they have a house or a piece of land for sale.

The prices are always much lower than through an agent or fixer and we offer this as a service to people who we hope will then rent one of our long term houses whilst they build or renovate their purchase. We should emphasise that we are not real estate agents in any way and do not take payments or commissions from our friends for these services.

Currently we know of two interesting propositions.

The first opportunity is a fully renovated old country house in a coastal village near the town of Kissamos-Kastelli. In fact this is two small cottages side by side, so together this would make an excellent investment for someone who wanted to live in one house whilst renting out the other.

The second opportunity is away from the coast near the gorge of Topolia on the road to Elos and Elafonisi. This again is two houses side by side in a small village but in this case in need of renovation. The oldest part of the buildings is from Turkish times and needs full renovation but the relatively modern and larger main house is (almost) habitable.
